Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Items should be sent back in their original condition, including packaging and any included materials. Products that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
All returns must be sent by mail. Unless the product arrived defective or incorrect, the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. A $5 restocking fee applies to each return, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment.
